The Over all Stay was comfortable.

Cleanliness is the Thing I liked the most. It was convenient for me to reach and the place is pretty quiet. Food was Average. Morning breakfast could be better. overall hotel staff were Excellent and Superb

I asked to Extend my checkout time by one our but they allowed for 30 mins only but its ok that's there policy that can be considered according to availability. The Mini Bar was Closed. I had no Access to it. When asked during check out the Staff told that they had to lock it because there was a marriage party last night.

Superb is the word.

One of the most helpful staff I have come across in a long time and I mean across all departments be it the reception, the front gateman,the housekeeping or the staff serving you in the restaurant for your meals. It just goes to show that the senior management has got the staff truly motivated. The property also is on a large plot and it has a circular road inside the property that is great for a walk in the evening. The FB is really good as we were there for 5 days and we had our meals in the hotel and I must say that they didn't repeat the items on the buffet be it breakfast/lunch or dinner. That speaks volume as one is not tired of the same fare on offer. a big thumbs up.

Frankly in one word the WIFI. it kept dropping. In todays connected world this is a very big requirement and they really need to work on it.

Enjoyed our Stay

Breakfast had a good spread of covering both veg and non veg. Staff was really helpful and fast. Customer service is really good. They exceeded my expectations

Wifi was a bit slow and sometimes gets disconnected

Good hotel and good food :-)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at ITC Bhubaneshwar and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The room was not only nice but also incredibly comfortable thanks to the high-quality beds provided. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, adding an extra touch of luxury to my stay.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes a comfortable stay which is priced reasonably

The food at ITC was excellent. There was a good mix of local delicacies and regular Indian food. The staff was exceptional. Always very smiling, polite and ready to help for even the smallest of need. We were served by a wonderful staff member named Subhajit. He was very prompt and professional. He looked after our family very well, especially the need of my kids. Thank you ITC for a wonderful stay.

The hotel can use its reception and entrance area to display local art and describe a little more about it so the visitors can learn more about Orissa, like ITC Narmada has done for G Ahmedabad.

„Sehr schönes, neues Hotel mit großem Garten

Bequeme, neuwertige Zimmer, schöner Garten, großes Hotelareal. Angenehme Atmosphäre im Restaurant. Etliche Restaurantmitarbeiterinnen waren sehr kompetent und bemüht.

Leider ließen sich die Zimmer nicht lüften, so dass es darin eigentlich ständig nach verbrauchter Luft roch, ausser man kühlte mit der AC runter auf 16 Grad. Einige Hilfskräfte im Restaurant wirkten sehr lustlos und agierten sehr inkompetent. Rezeption wirkte insgesamt recht distanziert gegenüber internationalen Gästen. Buchungsmöglichkeit von Taxi- und Überlandfahrten im Hotel, bitte aber vorher die Konditionen genauestens festlegen. Uber hat sehr gut funktioniert und machte keine Schwierigkeiten.

The stay was really cozy along with the awesome food

The property is new and clean. Rooms have the signature of ITC hotels.. cozy spacious and perfect for working. The location is good and within 15-20 minutes from airport. The food at Peshawari was awesome and the breakfast was sumptuous. Staff were very helpful.. especially Elona who assisted us during check-in and made the processes easier.

A property of ITC should have cars available for guests all the time. We were denied transportation to airport during checkout despite of informing the reception almost 3 hours prior to our departure resulting in hiring an Uber Cab at the last moment. Also charging half day fare of INR 1365 just for a drop within 10 minutes’ distance was too much. Most of the five stars arrange the same for free out of courtesy. However, given the short time of operation, I am sure they will catch up. All the best.

Very comfortable staycation

Soft-spoken staff • Terrific bakery • Exceptionally clean • Excellent breakfast spread

Location is slightly far from the centre but it isn't a big problem if you have a car.

Just relaxed stay with very tensed travel to airport!

Lot of open area and greenery around, with lot of natural light in the rooms - all these exuding positive energy.

Location, and more so, since on Booking.com the distance to Airport mentioned as 3 Km, whereas in reality it’s should be at least 10 km (Booking.com- check this and correct). Very poor connectivity with airport, getting taxi a major problem and hotel too didn’t offer any airport drop facility. Very insensitive staff. Almost missed my flight.
